Launch of PRIME scheme

European Medicines Agency announced the launch of the PRIME (Priority Medicines) scheme, to support the development of medicines that target unmet medical needs. The program will offer an early, proactive support for the medical research in this area. One of the measures is the reduction of the administrative deadlines for the review and evaluation of these medicinal products.
