Prader Willi Symposium

The 13th BALKAN CONGRESS OF ENDOCRINOLOGY will take place on 19 – 22 October 2005 in Bucharest, Romania. During this congress, the International Prader-Willi Syndrome Organization (IPWSO) and Romanian Prader-Willi Association (RPWA) organize a Satellite Symposium on Prader Willi Syndrome. The aim is to increase the public awareness on the problems of patients with this rare disorder. Lecturers will be Dorica Dan (RPWA), Pam Eisen (IPWSO, USA), Laura Bosio and Giorgio Fornasier (IPWSO, Italy). The Bulgarian experience in the field of rare diseases will be shared by Dr. Rumen Stefanov in his speech on the importance of awareness on rare diseases.
